But honestly, I'm not really looking into getting into this to start doing this for people - i can barely find time to work on my own car. Depending on how easily I can come up with a solution for the mounting situation (read: how much adjustment/fiddling is necessary for getting the projectors setup correctly, and how well I can standardize it on a test bench), I might be willing to tackle a few, because it will certainly get easier as time goes on. Btw - those are TSX projectors, which are somewhat close to the E46 projectors. You can tell the difference becaust they have different bulb holders, and the TSX's are fully enclosed, whereas the E46's aren't. The TSX (non-fresnelled) is one of the best projectors for retrofitting, for light output, width, and color, hands down.
I'm going to try swapping the stock 300zx lens onto the TSX projector to see what kind of improvement I can get with the width and color - they are actually very similar, and stock 300zx lenses might actually work out a little better - we'll see. With the other modifications I'm going to do to the projector, the output should be pretty stunning. Check out: (i intentionally linked them versus embedding them, I'm not sure whether the owner would allow embedding). These are haknslash's pictures, a moderator over at hidplanet. I'm shooting for something along these lines La-Z-Link La-Z-Link La-Z-Link La-Z-Link La-Z-Link La-Z-Link La-Z-Link La-Z-Link
